# Firemaking

Firemaking is a utility skill that allows Shamans to turn their logs into portable campfires.

#### Getting started

Acquire a **Fire Starter** from the Crafting or the [**Opensea**](https://opensea.io/collection/zeeverse-items?search\[query]=fire%20starter) **/** [**Ronin**](https://marketplace.roninchain.com/collections/zeeverse-items) **marketplace**, along with some logs, and you're ready to go! Simply **drag the Fire Starter onto a log** to build your first campfire.

If your fire doesn’t start successfully, simply **repeat the process**! The higher your **Firemaking level**, the greater your chances of success.
